Terms and Conditions

1. I agree to conduct myself in the marketplace as a positive witness for Christ.
2. I agree with, and abide by, the MI Statement of Faith (which is the same as Laidlaw College, formerly the Bible College of New Zealand - http://www.laidlaw.ac.nz/laidlaw/home/college-information/en/statement-of-faith.cfm).
3. I agree to tell others about this programme (once I see how it helps me). This will help maximise the benefits for God’s kingdom.
4. I consent to receiving MI communications, which include occasional Privilege programme updates, the monthly MI Bulletin via email and occasional mission related promotions.
5. I agree to pay for all goods and services according to the terms of the supplier.
6. I agree that any liability of MI in relation to any supply of goods or services by suppliers of Missions Interlink Privilege shall at all times be limited to the amount of rebates paid to MI in respect of goods or services purchased by me.
7. I agree that any claims in excess of this will be the liability of the suppliers of the goods or service.
8. I acknowledge that MI is not responsible for the availability of goods and services offered by suppliers.
9. I agree that I am not a representative of MI and will not contact suppliers or CSC to try to negotiate alternative benefits.
   Should I no longer accept these terms and conditions I will be required to terminate my use of the Missions Interlink Privilege programme. However, no refunds will apply.
10. I agree to cease using the Missions Interlink Privilege programme if asked to do so because of a breach of these terms and conditions. This includes surrendering any Privilege cards – or any other cards from this programme - for which I am, my family or organisation is responsible.
11. I accept that these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
