Margie is a trained Counsellor, Debriefer and Spiritual Director who also runs retreats. She is married with 4 adult children and 6 grandchildren.
Margie's philosophy for her work is drawn from "therapia", Greek for therapy, meaning to "walk alongside another for a time". During that time, Margie holds out hope that those people will find increased wholeness or 'shalom' in their lives.

Margie offers a 4-night 5-day residential debriefing retreat based on the Exchange at the Cross model developed at the Le Rucher centre, France.
Critical Incident Debriefings or Psychological First Aid can be conducted when home or on the field through arrangements with agencies.
Trauma or transition counselling is also available and can be offered long-distance, as can Spiritual direction.
RATES
Counselling - $70 per session. WINZ clients approved. A sliding scale for unwaged, students, beneficiaries can be discussed.
Spiritual direction - $45 per session
Debriefing – Weeks’s debriefing $400 for a single, $500 for couple. (Accommodation additional cost of approx. $200)
Critical Incident Debriefing - negotiated on circumstances
