Missions Interlink New Zealand exists to facilitate collaboration to increase participation in mission from and within Aotearoa NZ. https://missions.org.nz is the website of Missions Interlink (NZ), a registered charity (CC35476) under the Charities Act 2005.

The following terms and conditions govern the use of Missions Interlink’s online services including donations, subscriptions, event bookings and online product or resource purchases. In using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the website.

These terms and conditions may be modified from time to time and you should regularly review them. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like more information.

DONATIONS

Donation Cancellation and Refunds

Missions Interlink (NZ) will refund all donations made that are fraudulent due to unauthorised use of a credit card. In all other circumstances, refunds of donations will be at the discretion of Missions Interlink and subject to a 10% administration fee. In assessing whether refunds of online donations can be facilitated, we will determine whether the donation in question has already been applied to a charitable purpose or whether it is available to be released back to the donor. If you have any questions about this or wish to seek a refund of a charitable donation you have made, please contact us at admin@missions.org.nz or on 09 320 4408.

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card. To cancel a regular donation or subscription, please contact us at admin@missions.org.nz or on 09 320 4408.

Donation Receipts

Missions Interlink (NZ) will send a donation tax receipt to your email address for one off donations and for monthly donations, Missions Interlink will send a consolidated donation tax receipt at the end of the tax year to regular donors.

Donor Information

All credit or debit card records are held securely with our agent SWIPE for as long as the transaction takes. Missions Interlink must keep full and proper accounts and records showing clearly all transactions relating to donations made to our organisation.

Personal and contact information obtained as a result of a purchase or donation will be retained securely by Missions Interlink and not shared with any third party or related missions organisation. Missions Interlink may contact donors at our discretion to inform them of other products, services or opportunities that may be of interest to them.

GOODS & SERVICES

Price of goods and services

All amounts mentioned on this website are in New Zealand Dollars only, and processed in New Zealand Dollars ($NZ), even though alternative currencies are accepted by our agent SWIPE.

All product prices include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

Payment

Credit card payment is provided by SWIPE HQ for Missions Interlink’s online products, event bookings and subscriptions, as well as regular and one off online donations. SWIPE HQ accepts Visa and Mastercard Credit or Debit Cards, from within New Zealand and internationally.

Freight & Delivery

If freight costs are applicable they will be clearly noted as part of a physical product’s description and cost. Please allow up to five business days for physical products to arrive. All orders will be sent via CourierPost.

Physical Product Returns and Refunds

We aim to provide you with service, products and resources at the highest standards. If you have received a physical product or resource from us that is in some way defective or would like to exchange a product, please contact us on 09 320 4408 or admin@missions.org.nz as soon as possible within 14 days of purchase so we can guide you through our returns process.

Products can only be returned if they are in a re-sellable condition and with packaging intact. Our admin staff will assess the product to determine its condition. Final decisions on the product refund or exchange will not be made until we have received the returned product (including packaging and any manuals) and it has been checked completely.

If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method at your request.

PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY: No refunds are available for the purchase of electronic resources.
